The Clinical Research About The Effects Of The Self-Prescription Neiyilng For Treating Endometriosis Dysmenorrhea

Objective:This clinical study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of oral medicine self square nei-yi-ling I numbers within nei-yi-ling II in the treatment of endometriosis and pelvic blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea, using statistical analysis software, pelvic uterus for the future endometriosis dysmenorrhea treatment to provide effective governance economical.Methods:This study taken before and after treatment of self-control methods. Select the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic, the time between January 2014 to April 2015, was diagnosed with endometriosis and pelvic blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea 32 patients given nei-yi-ling No I inner nei-yi-ling II stage treatment, in late menstruation until the next menstrual week before oral nei-yi-ling No I, the week before the menstrual period and oral granules nei-yi-ling II number within oral medicine. Treatment for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles, observe the patient’s integral dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea score, symptom scores and gynecological examination after treatment, the use of statistical knowledge before treatment were compared.Results:32 cases of pelvic endometriosis blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea patients treated three menstrual cycles, shedding two cases. Dysmenorrhea as follows:13 patients were cured, effective 12 patients and 3 patients were cured,2 cases ineffective, the more significant rate: 53.33% total efficiency:93.33%, dysmenorrhea points before treatment 12.27±3.01, dropped to 6.08±3.01, P<0.001. TCM symptoms efficacy as follows:4 patients were cured,7 patients were cured, effective number of 17 cases,2 cases, the more significant rate:36.67%, the total effective rate:93.33%.
