Ling Gui Sanzi Decoction In The Treatment Of AECOPD (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type) Clinical Study

Objective:Through the observation of Ling Gui Sanzi Decoction on AECOPD of phlegm and blood stasis type change analysis of patients with clinical symptoms and signs,pulmonary function,blood gas,evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the patients with AECOPD phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and the evaluation of drug safety,provide the data support for the new basis,Ling Gui San Zi Decoction in clinical application.Method:Methods from December 2016 to December 2017,60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of phlegm and blood stasis were selected from the Department of Geriatrics,Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method,that is,the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group conventional western medicine treatment,in the treatment group,the traditional treatment of western medicine was taken by Ling Gui Sanzi decoction,the treatment lasted for14 days.Were recorded before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,FEV1 percentage of predicted value(FEV1%pred),forced expiratory volume in the first second accounted for the percentage of forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC%),arterial oxygen pressure(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)and statistical analysis of laboratory data finishing.The accurate and objective evaluation of Ling Gui Sanzi Decoction in treating phlegm and blood stasis clinical efficacy and drug safety in patients with type AECOPD.Result:1.Two groups of patients in gender,age,course of disease,pulmonary function classification,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function test,blood gas analysis and other basic information comparison,the statistical results were not statistically significant(P >0.05).It shows that the two groups of patients have no difference in basic information and have comparability.2.Two groups of patients before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),after treatment,the difference between thetwo groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).That group had a better curative effect in the treatment of Ling Gui,Sanzi decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients.3.Two groups of patients after treatment,lung function indicators FEV1/FVC% and FEV1%pred were significantly improved than before treatment(P <0.01),FEV1/FVC%between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).That Ling Gui Sanzi Decoction on improving FEV1/FVC% patients with better curative effect,to improve the efficacy of the two groups is FEV1%pred.4.Two groups of patients after treatment,the index of blood gas analysis,PaCO2,PaO2,and SaO2 were significantly improved than before treatment(P <0.01),with a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).That Ling Gui decoction can significantly improve the third in patients with hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention.5.Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in blood routine,liver and kidney function indexes RBC,HGB,ALT and CREA(P >0.05)before and after treatment in the two groups,no obvious abnormality was found in routine urinalysis,that Ling Gui Sanzi decoction has no adverse reactions and side effects,the patient is easy to accept.Conclusion:Ling Gui Sanzi decoction can obviously improve the phlegm and blood stasis type AECOPD symptoms and signs,and improve the quality of life of patients.At the same time,it can improve the pulmonary function,blood gas analysis and other related indexes,good clinical effects have been achieved.Use standard,safety,convenience,no obvious adverse reaction,the clinical treatment for phlegm type AECOPD patients.
