The Clinical Observation Of Zicaosanhuang Ointment In Treating Anal Edema Pain Inhemorrhoid

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Zicaosanhuang Ointment in treating Analedema Pain in hemorrhoid. Method:The108cases received external disseetion and internal ligation were randomly divided into two groups:Treatment group (n=55) treated with Zicaosanhuang Ointment; Control group (n=53) treated with Mayinglongshexiang Ointment; Seven day as one course. Results:Both the treatment group and the control group have good effects on releasing Anal edema Pain in hemorrhoid. The total effective rate was92.73%in the treatment group and83.02%in the control group, The significantdifference statistically between the two groups (P<0.05). while the clinical symytom score edema area, visual analogue scale in treatment group is superior to that in the eontrol group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Zicaosanhuang Ointmentcan obviously relieve anal edema and Pain, and the better than Curative effect Zicaosanhuang Ointment.
