Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of edema cured by external application of Coptis ointment combined with TDP local irradiation after mixed hemorrhoid surgery, this thesis is to look for a more effective method of curing edema after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods180suitable patients are taken to separate into treatment group, and control group. Treatment group is cured by external application of Coptis ointment combined with TDP local irradiation, while control group is cured only by TDP local irradiation. These two groups take the size of edema, the severity of pain after operation as observation indexes, and should be scored referring to evaluation standards of degree of signs and symptoms. The score results are to be analyzed by SPSS17.0software, measurement unit checked by t, and counting unit checked by X. The P that is less than0.05is statistical and shall be analyzed statistically.Resultlt:for the postoperative volume of the edema in these two test groups, for the score of postoperative pain in these two test groups, for the total integration score in these two groups tested by analyzed after medical treatment, The results above all show that P<0.05, so their differences are all statistical. The curative rate for treatment group is85%, while the curative rate for control group is75%. There are significant differences between treatment group and control group in curative effect of edema treatment. Conclusion:the curative effect of postoperative treatment of edema by external application of Coptis ointment combined with TDP local irradiation is remarkable, which is better than that by only TDP local irradiation; it is safe, effective, and with no adverse reactions. |
