Objective This study is based on such patients’preoperative psychological stress degree and the evaluation of clinical indicators before and after operation to formulate corresponding nursing measures and implementation according to different stress, and to explore the influence of nursing intervention in patients with abdominal malignant tumor on preoperative psychological stress and prognosis, in order to provide reference for the clinical application of nursing intervention technique.Methods1. Research object Choose 100 patients who underwent abdominal surgery with malignant tumors in a hospital, and number according to the patient’s hospitalization sequence, odd number for control group and even number for intervention group. The control group was given routine preoperative care and preoperative education and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention measures which were approved of by experts after index determination. To compare two groups of patients with preoperative level of stress and heart rate, blood pressure index changes, and at the same time to compare two groups with postoperative pain, recovery and nursing satisfaction.2. Research method(1) Index determination on the day of admission, required the patients’ general information, the preoperative anxiety and depression level, at the same time measured patients’physiological indexes as heart rate, blood pressure. To investigate two groups’the preoperative anxiety and depression level and measure patients’ physiological indexes as heart rate, blood pressure again one day before operation, and postoperatively evaluate the degree of pain for patients, recovery and nursing satisfaction.(2) Intervention methods preoperative nursing intervention includes behavior training, such as,relaxation training, deep breath, and training of anesthesia positions, and psychological care; operative one includes psychological nursing care, anesthesia nursing, position nursing and comprehensive nursing; after operation, to speak highly of the patient’s cooperation, encourage their confidence of fighting with the diseases and get more support from the families through communication with their families.(3) Observation indexes evaluating the level of depression and anxiety through SDS and SAS; measuring the level of postoperative pain by VAS, comparing physical indexes by measuring heart rate and blood pressure and postoperative recovery by observing the time of sitting up, movements by the bed, leaving bed and exhausting time after operation; evaluating the satisfactory level of nursing by survey.Results1. Psychological stress the SAS, SDS score of two groups before invention has no statistical significance, SAS:t=0.056, P>0.05; SDS:t=0.145, P>0.05, however, after intervention, the SAS, SDS score of the intervention group has been lowered significantly, which has statistical significance compared with the control group, SAS:t=2.983, P<0.05; SDS:t=2.964, P<0.05.2. Heart rate, blood pressure before intervention, the preoperative heart rate and systolic and diastolic blood pressure of two groups has no statistical significance P>0.05, but after intervention, the indicators of the intervention group has been lowered significantly, which has statistical significance compared with the control group P<0.05;3. Postoperative pain the VAS scores of 6h、24h、48h after operation in intervention group were much lower than control group, so the difference was statistically significant P <0.05;4. Postoperative recovery the recovery speed of intervention group was significantly quicker than the control group, the difference was statistically significant P<0.05;5. Nursing satisfaction the care satisfaction of intervention group and control group were 96.0% and 78.0% respectively, so the difference was statistically significant χ2=7.162, P<0.05Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with abdominal malignant tumor can effectively reduce the negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, and can stabilize vital signs, reduce postoperative pain, promote postoperative recovery, improve patient care satisfaction.
