Study On Intervention Effect Of Group Counseling On Operating Room Nurses’ Psychological Status

Objectives:①To understand the operating room nurses’ psychologic status.②Evaluation of psychological counseling intervention effect.Methods:①Select operating room nurses of7hospitals using cluster samplingmethod. Choose the object of study according to the reasonable exclusion andinclusion criteria and issue questionnaires. The questionnaire includes: demographicdata, symptom checklist (SCL-90) and self-rating anxiety and depression scales (SASand SDS). The number of the questionnaires given out is135. The number of theeffective questionnaires is122, and the effective rate is90.37%.②Describe andanalyze their general demographic data, enter the options of the SCL-90, SAS and SDSquestionnaires compare with Chinese norm. Determine the research objects, will be theresearch object of psychological measurement questionnaire compare with Chinesenorm.③The group counseling is made on the objects. There are eight times, one timeevery two weeks and2hours per time. In order to guarantee the results of the groupcounseling, we divide the member into4groups. The main methods are lecture method,discussion method and demonstration method to complete the group counseling. Apsychological questionnaire survey is made again on the objects who accepted theintervention after the counseling.④The scores of the psychological measurementquestionnaires before and after the psychological counseling intervention are inputtedinto SPSS16.0to make corresponding statistical analysis.Results:①Operation room nurses in SCL-90scale somatization, anxiety, depression,obsession, interpersonal relation, terror factors divide is higher than Chinese norm. SDS and SAS are higher than Chinese norm.②These32ones are taken into the groupto study. After the psychological counseling on these32objects divided into groups,there are still2objects whose scores of SCL-90, SDS and SAS are positive, and therate is6.25%.③Group counseling intervention psychological questionnaire scoresbefore and after the comparative analysis, there is statistical significance.Conclusion: The psychological health status of the objects is lower than the Chinesenorm. Through in group situations, operating room nurses to provide psychologicalhelp and guidance, promote their physical and mental health.
