Efficacy Study Of The Self-Made Chinese Medicine In Postoperative HCC Patients After TACE

ObjectiveLiver cancer has become high incident cancer in China. However in our country there is no standard and specific treatment uniform for liver cancer, the clinical effect of Chinese medicine was less. This article mainly aims at comparing the treatment methods of liver cancer(TFACE, TACE+ The self-made Chinese medicine treatment), hope it has guiding significance for clinical treatment work to liver cancer.MethodsSelected 96 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma patients have been received from January of 2010 to December of 2013 in our hospital, adopted with TACE, TACE+The self-made Chinese medicine for liver cancer, compared with the KPS scores of the two groups, followed up until December 31 st,2014.ResultsThe KPS average scores of TACE+The self-made Chinese medicine is 66, compared with before treatment it improved 13; However TACE improved 6 scores and reach 58 scores after the treatment, it has significant difference with the two treatments (P<0.05)ConclusionThe traditional Chinese medicine treatment can obviously prolong the survival time of the patients, improved the KPS scores of the patients, TACE with The self-made Chinese medicine will get a better therapeutic effect.
