Primary liver cancer is one of our common multiple malignant tumors, which onset occult, asymptomatic patients in early and found mostly in the late not treated surgically. Intervention is the preferred non-surgical treatment of liver cancer program, but the efficacy of interventional therapy to maintain, improve the quality of life of patients with clinical need still study the content of the Chinese medicine treatment of advanced liver cancer have improved the clinical symptoms, shrink tumors and prolong the period of survival so results. Western point of view from which this article describes the various treatments of primary liver cancer and summarizes recent years Chinese medicine combined with interventional treatment of primary liver cancer aspects. According to Professor He Yonghe years of clinical experience, the experience of selected prescription treatment of liver cancer, for further intervention in the role of primary liver cancer, compared with the simple effect of the intervention group.Objective:①Observe the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy with traditional Chinese medicine②Integrative Medicine of the need for liver cancerMethods:This study is a prospective examination. The use of DME, evidence-based medicine methodology, multi-center parallel control and self controlled, stratified block randomized, collected from 2009 to 2010 of 120 cases during the period Primary liver cancer,60 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 60 cases, application of the test group and the hepatic artery chemoembolization treatment of oral medicine, a simple application of the control group hepatic artery chemoembolization, using the SPSS statistical analysis software, before and after intervention by AFP, tumor size, Karnofsky score, efficacy, and half to the comparison of survival analysis to determine whether traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional therapy can improve the treatment of liver cancer. Results: 1.Comparison of the data. After 4 weeks, the experimental group had significantly better than the control group, of which AFP value decreased trial group was 55.2%, tumor shrinkage was 64.94%, Karnofsky score was increased by 63.33%, efficacy evaluation of PR was 51.67%, MR was 26.67%, SD was 18.33%, PD 3.33%.AFP value decreased in control group was 39.3%, tumor shrinkage was 40.63%, Karnofsky score increased 10%, efficacy evaluation of PR was 36.67%, MR was 31.67%, SD was 23.33%, PD 8.33%.The survival rate for six months, clinical data observed experimental group than the control group, but by X2 analysis, P> 0.05, not significant.2. Research shows that traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional therapy, can improve clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, prolong survival and improve treatment of liver cancer in the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine. Conclusion:Chinese medicine in interventional treatment of liver cancer combined with the significant period of positive regulatory role, it can significantly enhance the antitumor effect, improved symptoms, improved quality of life and prolong the survival. Interventional treatment of liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine, Integrative Medicine is an important means of treating liver cancer, has many advantages and broad prospects for development, has important clinical and social value.
