Object: To discuss the relative influence factors about hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapycomplications.Methods:1、Retrospective analysis and summarize of the patients with liver cancer in the InterventionCenter of the first affiliated hospital of Shihezi University from March2010to December2012wereproceeded. The patients were cured only by TACE, without combine surgical treatment, TAI, TAE, PEITand other treatments. A total of103patients were selected, male76cases, female27cases, the age wasfrom30to70, and the average age was57.64±11.97.2、 Surgical Equipment: The catheter andmicrocatheter were made from American COOK corporation or Japan Terumo Medical Corporation. TheInnova3100digital subtraction angiography was made from American GE company. The Iopromide wasmade from Bayer Bitterfeld GmbH.3、After TACE treatment, four complications were recorded, that werethe fever, gastrointestinal reaction, liver damage and myelosuppression. To analysis the differences in theAFP group, Child-Pugh group, the tumor shape group and the tumor blood supply group. P<0.05wastaken as statistically significant. Results: The total incidence of postoperative Patients with fever was82.5%, the total incidence ofgastrointestinal reaction was82.5%, the total rate of liver damage was61.2%and the myelosuppressionrate was25.2%. There were no significant differences found in the four complications in AFP group(p>0.05). But in the Child-Pugh group, obvious differences were found in gastrointestinal reaction, liverdamage and myelosuppression (p<0.05), no significant differences in the fever(p>0.05). And also in thetumor shape group and the tumor blood supply group, statistically significant differences were found in thefever, gastrointestinal reaction and liver damage(p<0.05), no significant differences in themyelosuppression. Conclusion: There were no significant differences found in the complications of the fever, gastrointestinalreaction, liver damage and myelosuppression in AFP group(p>0.05). But the liver function grade was theinfluence factor in gastrointestinal reaction, liver damage and myelosuppression. Tumor shape and tumorblood supply are the influence factors in fever, gastrointestinal reaction, liver damage after TACEtreatment.
