Objective Adopt the experience of YQHYXJR combined with interventional therapy in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer, compared with the patients with interventional symptomatic through observation, to learn the improved interventional therapy effect of adverse reaction after use Chinese traditional medicine YQHYXJR, and evaluating the effect from aspect of the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients, reduced damage of liver function and liver cell, tumor size and improved quality of life and etc.Methods Randomly divides into the treatment group33examples and the comparison group30examples from63examples patient with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. The treatment group of33cases is with traditional Chinese medicine combined with interventional therapy, and the comparison group of30cases is with interventional treatment and symptomatic treatment. Setting4weeks as a course of treatment, and taking3courses. The two groups were observed in patients with clinical efficacy, including postoperative reaction symptoms, liver damage and liver cell damage assessment, the recent curative effect judgment standard, the recent life quality judgment standard improvement, observation results were analyzed by SPSS18.0software analysis.Results①The side effects of the treatment group after operation (including fever, abdominal pain, loss of appetite nausea and vomiting) significantly better than western medicine treatment group, the difference was significant.②4weeks after operation, the size of tumor and the changes of AFP of the treatment group achieve better effect compared with another group (P>0.05)③The postoperative liver function damage and liver cell injury of the treatment group was lower than another group (P<0.05)④The quality of life in patients of the treatment group compared with another group were improved obviously (P<0.05)Conclusion For the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer, YQHYXJR combined with interventional therapy can reduce the damage of liver function, improve the clinical effect, reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life.
