| Objective:to observe the psoriasis medicine bath 1 party joint in the Indigo Naturalis Ointment Packet therapy blood-Heat Syndrome clinical curative effect in patients with psoriasis treatment,lesion severity score,blood-Heat Syndrome TCM syndrome score and quality of life score as observation indexes,subjective and objective to evaluate the curative effect and advantages of the treatment,and dig deeper into the blood-Heat Syndrome psoriasis internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.To provide a simple and feasible reference for clinical treatment of psoriasis.Methods:100 cases with collection standard blood-Heat psoriasis 46 cases were randomly divided into test group(medicated bath + the Indigo Naturalis Ointment Packet therapy + Shuangtu potion)and the control group of 47 cases(vaseline + Shuangtu potion),record before and 4 weeks after treatment in patients with skin lesion severity score and TCM syndrome score,quality of life score,observe the recurrence rate in both groups,using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical data processing and analysis.Results: clinical efficacy: 47.8%,total effective rate: 89.1%;Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the control group showed an efficiency of 23.4% and the total effective rate was 63.8%.The results showed that the difference was statistically significant,and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion: Psoriasis medicine bath 1.and Indigo Naturalis Ointment Packet therapy for treating Psoriasis vulgaris of Blood-Heat Syndrome treatment clinical curative effect significantly,can significantly improve patients with skin lesion severity and blood heat syndrome,improve patient quality of life,and the patient's compliance and recognition is higher,for clinical Chinese medicine external treatment to treat Psoriasis vulgaris of Blood-Heat Syndrome treatment provides a simple and feasible. |
