Object:To investigate whether metabolic difference exists between acupuncture on zhongwan(CV12) of different treatment.1H NMR-based metabonomic method was used to study the metabolism changes in FD after treated by different methods. Methods:According to the principle of randomized controlled trials, There are ten FD female patients and ten female healthy people. Ten cases of FD patients were divided into three groups, and named A group(before treatment),B group (after two courses),C group (after four courses). A total of four courses, each course of five days, two days rest between courses.Recording Nepean Dyspepsia Index, Nepean dyspepsia symptom scores, the overall efficacy evaluation before treatment, after two and four courses.1H-NMR technique was used to obtain the small molecules’ metabolic spectra of the blood plasma, the data were normalized, integrated and treated by SIMCA-P10.0 software pack to analize the major component (PCA) and the partial leastquares discriminate (PLS-DA) in combination with OSC method, in this way. the corresponding score scattering plot and loading plot were obtained. Compared the changes in plasma of patients with FD metabolites and the differences between groups before treatment and the end of the two and four course of treatment, especially to observe the effect of regulation Zhongwan (CV12) on metabolic. Results:Based on 1 H NMR metabolomics technology research of different metabolites healthy people and patients with FD, as well as changes in metabolites after zhongwan (CV 12)by electroacupuncture Treatment.1. NDI symptoms efficacy index were higher than before treatment, power abdominal acupuncture treatment after two courses and four courses, but the efficacy of the treatment of the symptoms ofNDI two treatments and four index is relatively stable after treatment no statistically significant difference; abdominal acupuncture treatment after NDI quality of Life Index 2 and 4 after treatment courses were increased, there was statistically significant, including the treatment of four cycles of NDI quality of life index than two courses. Symptoms overall efficacy and comparative efficacy, due to the small sample size and no significant difference.2. Healthy control patients in the control group and the FD, change metabolites which are lactic acid, leucine/isoleucine, alanine, phosphatidyl choline, glucose, creatine, glutamine, N-acetyl glycoproteins significantly altered metabolites.3. Power abdominal acupuncture treatment after two courses and four courses, plasma metabolites FD patients were changed, effective regulation, which after four courses of treatment for adjustment metabolites more obvious, more changes of substanceConclusion:Based 1HNMR metabolomics technology can distinguish the metabolism FD and healthy people there are different; abdominal acupuncture treatment two courses and four courses can adjust metabolism of FD patients, but the role of the two groups to adjust t different material which after four courses of acupuncture treatment caused more significant changes.
