| Objective:In order to prove the efficacy of Huajing capsule, and accumulate conditions for the research of semen nonnliquefaction pathological mechanism through the observation of clinical index.Methods:This research adopts randomized, controlled trial method to observe the Huajing Capsule on semen nonliquefaction patients clinical curative effect.60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, treatment group patients take the Huajing capsules, the control group patients take vitamin C. Make 14 days for a course, continue to take the medicine three course of treatment. The symptoms and semen analysis data are recorded every 14 days, for 3 months. Establish the database with the record. Uses the SPSS 19.0 statistical analysis system for data analysis.Results:After treatment, the effective rate in Huajing capsule group is 75.00%, and the control group is 51.72%. The treatment group efficient compared with control have significantly differences (P＜0.01). The experimental group semen liquefaction time was shortened obviously, the symptom score of yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire is improved significantly. It is no significant correlation that the content of PSA in seminal plasma for semen liquefaction, and the concentration of seminal plasma Zn has an important regulatory role on semen liquefaction.Conclusion:Huajing capsule have a exact effect on the nonliquefaction of semen with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire. It can significantly shorten the time of semen liquefaction, improve the quality of semen, and make the Patients feel more better by improve the clinical symptoms. The treatment with nourishing yin for kidney, dissolving phlegm and removing blood stasis is significantly effective in the nonliquefaction of semen with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire. |
