For a course of treatment for an observation period, a period of 4 weeks, compared before and after treatment the two groups of clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect, and the evaluation. Also detected before and after treatment of the two groups in the early morning of norepinephrine (NE) and serum levels of serotonin (5-HT) levels, this paper discusses the mechanism of improving sleep. By monitoring Polysomnograms of the two groups before and after treatment in time for all stages of change (the total sleep time, sleep latency period of time, the number of awakening, non-rem periods), analysis the subjects sleep structure changes.Results:1.In Zhenzao capsule group,7 cases got cure,10 cases had marked effect,10 cases were effective,3 had no effect, the total effective 27 cases, the total effective rate was 90.0%; In Shumian capsule group,5 cases got cure,5 cases had marked effect,12 cases effective,8 no effect, the total effective 22 cases, the total effective rate was 73.33%, two groups of clinical curative effect comparison subjects (P<0.05), the difference is statistically significant, the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.2.In Zhenzao capsule group,the total effective rate of the efficacy of TCM symptoms was 90.0%, the total effective rate of the efficacy of TCM symptoms In Shumian capsule group was 76.33%, compare the two groups (P<0.05), the difference had statistical significance, the control group slightly in TCM symptoms curative effect in treatment group.3.Two groups of participants from the previous level of serum NE drops,5-HT higher level than before, which has significant statistical significance difference (P<0.01), the difference between the two groups have significant statistical significance (P<0.01), Zhenzao capsules improve insomnia is better than Shumian capsules.4. Two groups of contrast, Zhenzao capsule group in shorten the incubation period of sleep, reducing frequency of awakening and increasing time on S2 period is better than that of the Shumian capsule group, but in increasing total sleep time, shorten the time on stage S1 and increase SWS (P<0.01), no statistical significance. REM period time compared with before treatment the two groups have no obvious shortened, no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Zhenzao capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity, and has a significant clinical effect;2.Zhenzao capsule not only by reducing the content of serum NE, also by increasing the levels of serum 5-HT, to alleviate a series of insomnia in elderly patients with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity insomnia symptoms, to improve the quality of sleep;3.Zhenzao capsule can increase total sleep time and slow wave sleep time in elderly patients with Yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type insomnia, and can decrease the Times of the awakening and shorten the incubation period of sleep time, adjust the structure of sleep, Cure for insomnia. |
