Clinical Study Of Treating Nonliquefaction Of Semen With The Method Of Nourishing Yin Resolving Phlegm And Promoting Blood

Objective:Considering Yin deficiency coagulated phlem and blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of nonliquefaction of semen, we use the method of nourishing Yin resolving phlegm and promoting blood to treat the disease in this study.The effect is observed in out patient.Method:60 cases are divided into 2 groups at random,30 cases in treatment group(huaning decoction), and 30 cases in control group(zhi bai di huang pill). Liquefaction time,sperm motility, the rate of live sperm, sperm density were evaluated before and after treatment.Result:The treatment group has an efficiency of 86.66%,and the control group have an efficiency of 60%.There is significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclus:Nourishing Yin resolving phlegm and promoting blood can promote semen liquefying,significantly better than the control group in improving liquefaction time,sperm motility, the rate of live sperm, sperm density. The method of nourishing Yin resolving phlegm and promoting blood is a good way to treat this disease.
