Clinical Research On Ziyin Jianghuo Method For Hyperactivity Of Fire Caused By Deficiency Of YIN Of Perimenopause Sleep Disorder

Objective:Observation of nourishing yin method in the treatment of hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency clinical perimenopause sleep disorder, to discuss the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of perimenopausal sleep disorder, the treatment of the disease, and provide scientific basis for clinical application of nourishing yin method in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Select60patients met the inclusion criteria of Yin Huo-wang type perimenopausal sleep disorder cases according to the ratio of1:1were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in the treatment group,30cases in the control group, the treatment group received oral ZiShenPingGan, Qingxin soothe the nerves of Chinese traditional medicine, the control group oral Chinese patent medicine Kuntai Capsule, take4weeks as1course of treatment, efficacy evaluation the3course of treatment. By observing the changes before and after treatment PSQI score, KMI score and serum endocrine hormones E2, LH, FSH, improve the situation analysis before and after the clinical treatment of sleep disorders and other menopausal symptoms, evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results:The treatment group and the control group improved in the aspects of clinical sleep disorder, the total effective rate were90%and77%(P<0.05), in terms of overall effect, the total effective rate were100%and80%(P<0.05), the treatment group in improving the sleep disorder and overall efficacy was better than the control group. The two groups after treatment PSQI score, KMI score were significantly decreased, compared with before treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group after treatment PSQI score, KMI score and the control group after treatment compared, there are significant differences (P<0.01), prompt treatment can improve the quality of sleep in patients of two groups, and improve other menopausal symptoms, but the efficacy of the treatment group was better than control group. The differences of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum E2, LH, FSH had no significant difference (P>0.05), but most patients with E2have increased, while LH, FSH showed a downward trend, this trend is more obvious on the treatment group. Two groups of patients during treatment no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Nourishing yin method can effectively improve the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type perimenopausal patients with sleep disturbances, and the curative effect is better than that of Kuntai Capsule; yin method can not only improve the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type perimenopausal patients with sleep disorder, also can alleviate the menopausal symptoms, improve the quality of life of elderly women; yin method can improve the hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency type in postmenopausal women with sleep disorder of serum E2, LH, FSH levels, no statistical significance, but can make the most of the patients with E2increased, LH, FSH decreased.
