Influence Of Electro-acupuncture To The Clinical Efficacy And Hemodynamics On Infertility With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Caused By Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common incretion disease in gynecological outpatient in recent years,whose clinical manifestation is characterized by the coexistence of reproductive dysfunction and dysmetabolism,but the pathological manifestation is endocrine metabolic disorder.The disease is characterized by polycystic trait with only one ovary or two sides at the same time,hyperandrogenism,insulin resistance,Clinical manifestations include menstrual disorder or even amenorrhea,infertility,hypertrichiasis,polysarcia,ketatosis nigricans,and a series of endocrine disorders.Patients often find the disease due to infertility or irregular menstruation to gynecological outpatient consultation.The morbidity of this pathema is as high as 20% in China,and about 33 in infertile women.With the growth of financial condition,people’s pressure is rising,and the situation of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,the incidence of the disease is also on the rise.In addition to causing the above endocrine disorders,can also lead to cardiovascular disease,endometrial cancer,breast cancer and other complications increased risk,and the disease has a tendency to become younger,so it is a direct menace to the psychosomatic health of women.At present,the nosogenesis of this pathema is not yet clear,so the treatment of this disease has become a difficult point in the field of gynecology research.As the characteristic therapeutic method of TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion is proverbially applied clinically,has the strong point of convenient manipulation,high security,less by-effects,small pain of the patient and the like,the long-dated efficacy is striking,has been accepted by the majority of patients and has been promoted,therefore,it is worth further investigation、summary and utilization in clinical practice.The uterine artery hemodynamics in patients with infertility can reflect the endometrial receptive ability to a certain degree,and has a consanguineous nexus with the state of the sufferers’ sex hormone.By monitoring the changes of uterine artery hemodynamics after scientific and rigorous clinical intervention,so the efficacy of electroacupuncture on the treatment of thedisease can be evaluated as a whole.In this study,sufferers with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility and TCM classified as kidney deficiency and liver depression were treated,in order to observe and evaluate the validity and security of electroacupuncture in the treatment of such patients,and to provide the clinical testimony for the mechanism of action.Objective:Through the rigorous and scientific clinical research,to survey and assess the comprehensive therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture on infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome caused by kidney deficiency and liver depression and the impact on uterine artery hemodynamics.Methods:This study used a randomized controlled study method.79 qualified subjects were divided into treatment group 39 cases(electroacupuncture with clomiphene)and control group 40 cases(single clomiphene)according to sequence.To observe and compare the comprehensive clinical effect,pregnancy rate,PSV(peak systolic velocity),EDV(end diastolic velocity),PI(pulsatility index)and RI(resistance index)of uterine artery between the two groups.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of electroacupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome infertility with kidney deficiency and liver depression.Results:Comparing the clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect of the groups,the recovery rate of the treatment group was 33.33%,while that was 30% of the control group,but the chi-square test revealed that the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.75>0.05).The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 71.8% and 75%,but the chi-square test showed that there was no palpable on difference(P=0.75>0.05).The pregnancy rate in treatment group was 33.33%,although it’s a little higher than the control group(27.5%),but there was no significative difference by chi-square test(P=0.57>0.05).The FSH of the treatment group increased obviously than that of the control group,and the decrease of LH、LH/FSH was more obvious than that of the control group,by statistical test,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the RI、PI declined and PSV、EDV promoted distinctly in the two groups,and the changes in treatment group were more significant than those in control group,and there was significant significance on difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with dysgenesia caused by polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,combining conventional western medicine with electroacupuncture therapy,it can improve the endocrine state of the patients and have a positive effect on the uterine hemodynamics,thus increasing the pregnancy rate and improving the overall symptoms of the patients.
