Constructive Research On Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship Based On Psychological Intervention

In recent years, under the realistic situation that the way of handling doctor-patient disputes is not clear as well as the related laws and regulations are incomplete, various of vicious events have come into people’s notice and seriously affected the relationship between doctors and patients that ought to be harmonious. As the consciousness of protecting one’s own rights and interests is awakening and the rapid development of media and internet, it has become a social problem that has aroused extensive attention. Inharmonious doctor-patient relationship is one of the prominent social contradictions in recent years. There are several reasons for its occurring, including society, system, personal expectation and realistic conditions. Currently, while China is striding towards the goal of building a harmonious socialist society, properly solving the highlighted social issues are important content during the reform process. A harmonious society can’t separate with harmonious relations.Benign relations between doctors and patients contribute to the stability of the society.Doctor-patient disputes exert direct influence on the relationship between them. In the view of psychology, the occurrences of doctor-patient disputes are closely related to their psychological changes. The opposability is largely depended on their mental anti-stress and adjustive ability. The study of mental intervention on doctor-patient disputes not only makes the disposal based on laws and regulations, but also good for both sides. It is of significant meaning to society and reality on guiding rational behavior and avoiding the happening and upgrading of disputes.The article analyzed the causes of inharmonious relationship between doctor and patient from aspects of society, hospitals and patents by document analysis method, case analysis method and comprehensive analysis method. It organized and introspected some important psychological problems which affect the relationship between doctor and patient by making a general survey of the handling mechanism, especially the research and application of mental intervention on doctor-patient dispute at home and abroad. The article aimed at offer some pointed measures and proposals from 5 vital psychological changes such as empathy, mental set, emotion management and attribution. Thus, by exploring the psychological intervention methods on solving the social contradiction to provide a reference in building the harmonious society.
