Objective:Analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of bone nonunion of limbs long bone.Methods:Here were 21 patients(Limbs long bone nonunion)treated from 2011.01 to 2014.01 in Shanxi Province Peopleā€™s Hospital,17 males, 4 females; age 21-57 years, mean age(40.38Ā± 9.25) years; causes of injury: falls injury in 2 cases, 2 cases of heavy injured, falls three cases, 14 cases of car accident injuries; where open fractures in 7 cases, 14 cases of closed fracture; humeral nonunion four cases, radius and ulna nonunion three cases, four cases of nonunion of femoral, tibial nonunion 11 cases; 4 cases of infected nonunion, a non-infected nonunion 17 cases; hypertrophic nonunion in 10 cases, atrophic nonunion in11 cases. In this study, all of the patients were followed up, the outcomes were evaluated by imaging, functional, pain and so on.Results:In this study, 21 patients were followed up for 9-20 months, with an average time of13.5 months.The healing rate is 100%, clinical healing time of fracture is 4 to 18 months,average(9.71Ā±3.43) months.1 patients due to early weight bearing, lead to displacement of fracture end, secondary surgery fixation has been used in our hospital, six months after fracture healing. A review to the college, 1 patients X-ray bone graft is insufficient, in our line of secondary treatment, bone graft in the treatment of fractures after ten months to heal.According to the upper limb and lower limb function criteria from the aspects of function,such as pain and mobility comprehensive curative effect evaluation, the excellent is 15 cases, the good is 4 cases, the fair is 2 cases, the excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusions:Bone nonunion is complex, treatment of bone nonunion of various factors should be considered. Preoperative assessment of patients in detail, select the appropriate treatment isthe key to the success of treatment.
