Objective:：Observe the radial styloid the resected bone graft Herbert screw fixationcombined with bone pills clinical efficacy for the treatment of scaphoid nonunion, effectiveway to explore the clinical treatment of scaphoid nonunion.. Methods：Retrospectiveanalysis of patients aged19to55years old, with an average age of33.58years, these30patients admitted in February2011to March2012,30patients with complete clinical datascaphoid nonunion cases.The willingness of patients divided into two groups:1, radialstyloid excision grafting Herbert screw fixation+bone pills group2, the radial styloidexcision the bone graft Herbert screw fixation+calcium group. To relevant literaturessummarize the clinical and imaging findings, patients after bone healing time, as well asKrimmer wrist score according to the degree of postoperative pain, the activity of the wrist,wrist strength, suffering from hand usage contralateral comparison scores from the totalscore excellent, good, and poor in four levels for statistical analysis.Results: All patientswith nonunion healed, but the two groups were statistically significant in of nonunionhealing time and postoperative wrist function score.Conclusion：1,bone pills bloodcirculation, swelling and pain, and the continued reinforcement bone, kidney and spleenfunction, to speed up the bone healing and the restoration of wrist function.2, radial styloidexcision grafting Herbert screw fixation combined treatment of scaphoid nonunion bonepills.
