Objective:To explore the factors that influence the fluctuation of blood pressure,state of consciousness, the incidence of postoperative bleeding effection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation, to discuss the relationship and treatment strategies for postoperative analgesia in patients with hypertensive intra-cerebral hemorrhage treated with blood pressure control, prevention of postoperative rebleeding.Methods:From 2011 August to 2014 June in Shanxi Medical University First Hospital Emergency Coyne hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hospitalized parallel temporal craniotomy for intracerebral hematoma in patients with a total of 50 cases, compare the difference in patients with blood pressure, and other clinical indicators of the state of consciousness.Results:The analgesia group patients after 1h mean arterial pressure is lower than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05), With the control group, the incidence of analgesic and agitated by chi square test in experimental group(P < 0.05), over the time period between the two groups no significant difference in mean arterial pressure.Conclusions:After operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with application of Porpacetamol Hydrgqhloride analgesic therapy can lower blood pressure.
