Objective:The study aims to explore the effect on outcome of postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, such as blood pressure?the rate of recurrent hemorrhage?hospitalization days and drug utilization, with the therapy of procedural sedation and analgesia,so as to provide a reference on the clinical optimization of treatment after operation.Methods:73 patients with postoperative hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were brought into the research, who were treated in the Department of Emergency, the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, from August 2011 to January 2017.The patients were classified into the experimental group, which were using procedural sedation and analgesia, and the control group, which were using routine sedation,of whom we recorded the blood pressure?consciousness?hospitalization days?utilization of related drugs?the rate of recurrent hemorrhage and other clinical indicators, analyzing the results. Results:Compared with the control group, the blood pressure of experimental group was statistically meaningful at 1h,9h and 72 h through Independent-Sample T Test(P<0.05),but the other times were not. There was no statistical significance in the rate of increasing the incidence of antihypertensive drugs between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparing thetwo groups, the rate of irritability incidence was meaningful through chi-square test(P<0.05).Yet the rate of recurrent hemorrhage was not meaningful. There was no significance in the using days of dehydrant agents and intravenous antihypertensive drugs, but the sedative was statistically meaningful(P<0.05).The hospitalization days were significant difference(P<0.05).,yet the hospitalization days were not(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment efficacy of operation to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is confirmed.Blood pressure control is the key to reduce the rate of recurrent hemorrhage.Besides using antihypertensive drugs, procedural sedation and analgesia can reduce the stress so as to control blood pressure?avoid irritability and shorten.hospitalization days and the using days of dehydrant agents, which is positive to the outcome of patients.
