Objectives:The purpose of the study was to describe the Self-efficacy, family function and health behavio,analyze the relationship between them in the Young stroke.Methods:A cross-sectional design is used in this study. The directly survey of the patients who from two hospitals in Nanchang(Jiangxi People’s Hospital、The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University)with HPLPII, GSES,FACES II-CV. All data is analyzed in excel data by software SPSS19.0.Results:⑴ The female health behavior of young stroke patients scored higher than men(<0.05); The middle-aged health behavior of stroke patients scored higher than those in young stroke patients(p <0.05); Married patient health behavior scores higher than divorced or widowed patients(p <0.05); universities and higher education patients health behavior scores higher than primary and lower patients(p <0.05); high per capita income and medical forceful health behavior of young stroke patients scored higher than the other groups(p <0.05). ⑵The patient health behavior,family cohesion and family adaptability was positively correlated with self-adaptive. ⑶The self-efficacy in young patients with stroke in a low level, accounting for 34.3% inefficient level, accounting for 52.4% of the level of effectiveness, efficiency accounted for 13.3% levels of energy. ⑷The young stroke patients and their family cohesion score of 75.73 ± 5.50, family adaptability score of 48.74 ± 5.92, higher than the national norm cohesion(64.9 ± 8.4) scores, adaptability lower than the national norm(50.9 ± 6.2) scores(p <0.05). ⑸Young stroke patients in the overall level of health behavior "sometimes" and "often" between its various dimensions, interpersonal dimension highest level of responsibility for health and sports dimensions lowest level.⑹The result of multiple linear regression demonstrate the key factors affecting the health behavior of young stroke patients are the self-efficacy(variation alone can explain 22.3%), family adaptability, per capita income and age.Conclusion:⑴The young stroke patients at a low level of self-efficacy, no adverse functional family cohesion, family adaptability function adverse. ⑵The older and high per capita income and the more level of self-efficacy and family adaptability, the better health behaviors they will have ⑶We should provide more intervention and support for the strokes who are men, younger, less educated, divorced or widowed, low per capita income and at their own expense...
