Objective The purpose of this survey is intended to major chronic diseases and risk factors and residents a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the risk factors of Ningxia, To master the main risk factors associated with chronic diseases prevalence levels and distribution of features, Analysis the affcet of the risk factors associated with chronic to hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia and other chronic diseases.To improve the capability of prevention and control the chronic disease, and gradually reduce the level of risk factors in the population.To provide a scientific basis for the development policies and intervention strategies for chronic disease prevention of NingxiaMethod Take multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method to extracting six regions(Xingqing district, Shapotou District, Pingluo, Qingtongxia, Yuanzhou, Xiji) in the chronic disease monitoring points has been established in Ningxia,China.Extraction the respondents:Permanent residents aged 18 and above to conduct investigations of chronic diseases and related risk factors, the total number of 3540 people who object investigations.The survey consists of three parts: questionnaire, physical measurements and laboratory testing.Results The smoking rate is 28.8%, male smoking rates are much higher than women. Current smoking rate、the daily smoking rate showed a downward trend after the first rise with age.Smokers successfully abstinence rate and abstinence rate were 31.2% and 15.2%; successful abstinence rate rise with age in the survey population.Drinking rate, the drinking rate before 30 days is 17.1% and 8.3%, Men were significantly higher than females.As the growth of the age,drinking rate appear dropped after the first growth, Han drinking rate is higher than hui nationality, Unmarried people drinking rate is higher than married people. The proportion of the highest frequency of 1 ~ 3 days/month, accounting for 30.4%; The lowest proportion of drinking is 5~6 days a week, accounting for 2.1% in the investigation crowd. On average the Vegetables intake is 264.3 g/d, of which the male vegetables intake is 260.0 g/d, female is 270.1 g/d. The proportion of Inadequate intake of vegetables is 87.8%.The average fruit intake is 185.5 g/d, of which the male fruit intake is165.5 g/d, female is 210 g/d. The proportion of inadequate intake of fruit is 48.2%, male is 64.9%, female is 35.2%. On average the fat intake is 30.4 g/d, including male fat intake is 30.7 g/d, 30.1 g/d for women. Too much fat intake ratio is 61%, male is 63.8%, female is 58.6%. The average intake of salt is 6.3 g/d, the average male salt intake is 6 g/d, 6.4 g/d for women. The investigation object excessive salt intake ratio is 35.6%, male is 36.9%, female is 34.5%. The investigation object in work, farm work and housework physical activity, high strength of all the participants, accounted for 31.9%; only in high intensity activity accounted for 35.5%; in only moderate physical activity accounted for 80.9%; all is not accounted for 15.8%.In their daily work and life, 38.5% people do not have to walk or ride bicycle traffic physical activities, which accounted for 42.0% of men, women accounted for 35.7%. In different age groups, no traffic physical activity to the 18~ years old group is the highest, the 50~ age group had the lowest percentage. In daily life, the residents lack of exercise accounted for 72.2%, accounting for 69.4% of men, women accounted for 68.5%; in 70~ years old group is the highest. The static behavior of long time rate is 55.8%, including male 68.4%, female is 45.9%. Lack of sleep rate is 20.4%, including male is 19.2%, female is 21.4%, lack of sleep rate shows ascendant trend with the increase of age.The rate of overweight is 35.7% in investigation object, the obesity rate is 13.6%, the highest in the age of 50~, 16.6%, in the 18~ age group is the lowest(5.5%).The hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia prevalence rates were 18.3%,7.5%, 44.6%. By logistic regression analysis, age, calculated in different BMI, excessive salt intake, smoking and the influencing factors of hypertension is age, inadequate intake of vegetables. The lack of physical exercise, different BMI are the risk factors of diabetes; gender, marital status, different BMI, different static behavior for too long, too much fat intake, whether consumption is the influence factors of dyslipidemia.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension is basically consistent of the national average in Ningxia,the diabetes and dyslipidemia prevalence is lower than the national average.Hypertension, diabetes and dyslipidemia in patients with high active treatment rate,bue the awareness rate is low.It is generally existence of smoking, drinking, lack of intake of fruits and vegetables, salt, oil consumption in excess, lack of physical exercise, prolonged static behavior, lack of sleep, overweight, obesity and other chronic disease risk factors In the respondents.We should positioned male, older age, Han nationality, is insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables, lack of exercise are smokers, overweight and obesity as the focus of our region’s chronic disease intervention groups.
