Objective: Understanding the Ningxia residents life expectancy, researching the majorrisk factor of residents’ life expectancy, providing a scientific basis for reduce the di-sease burden in our district, for improve people life expectancy, the main risk factors ofprevention and control strategies and measures. Methods: According to the monitoring data of Ningxia2010residents died, carrying outdeath underreporting survey, combined with the death of the false negative rate tocalculate the population life expectancy; using multi-stage sampling expect the life of themain risk factors for population exposure questionnaire and laboratory testingrateliterature attribution method to calculate the population attributable score (PAF), andcalculate the risk factors crowd to expect life number of years.Results:1.2009to2012the cause of death in the false negative rate22.202%, five Citydeath the underreporting rate difference was statistically significant (χ~2=69.137, P=0.000<0.05), Guyuan City, omitting the highest rate of death, Yinchuan death lo-westfalse negative rate;2010crude death rate, Ningxia339.55/10million (standardizedmortality332.89/10million), higher in men than women (χ~2=938.436, P=0.000<0.05),adjusted mortality436.45/10million (standardized mortality427.89/10million); cause ofdeath in chronic disease, accounting for80.06%of the leading causes of death, accountedcause of death increase in the proportion increases with age, diseases were the top fivecauses of death from cardiovascular disease, chronic lung disease, road traffic accidents, chronic stomach disease, liver and bile duct cancer; crowd expect life before adjustmentof77.76years old (male75.10years,80.00years old), the adjusted population lifeexpectancy of75.4years (men72.99years, women78.15years).2. major risk factors for cardiovascular disease (of the crowd exposure rate, populationattributable score): smoking (12.60%,0.09), alcohol (9.60%,0.01), hypertension (19.60%,0.19), diabetes (2.60%,0.04), BMI abnormalities (7.20%,0.03), dyslipidemia (32.40%,0.40), lack of sleep (36.40%,0.23); chronic lung disease risk factors (exposure rate, thepopulation attributable fraction): smoking (12.60%,0.37), passive smoking (58.20%,0.15); chronic stomach disease risk factors (the crowd exposure rate, populationattributable score): smoking (12.60%,0.19), alcohol (9.60%,0.12), eating pickled foods(38.60%,0.54), regular intake of hot food (6.10%,0.08), irregular diet (12.10%,0.14),and never drink tea (12.30%,0.05),inadequate intake of fresh fruits and vegetables(34.48%,0.44)(2.3%,0.02), inadequate calcium intake, lack of physical exercise (11.20%,0.06), eating fried foods (23.10%,0.00), eating smoked food (5.10%,0.23); major riskfactors (liver and bile duct cancer population exposure rate, population attributable score):smoking (12.60%,0.05), alcohol (9.60%,0.04), eating preserved foods(38.60%,0.31),and never drink tea (8.90%,0.03), insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables (34.48%,0.10), and lack of physical exercise (11.20%,0.10).3. the major risk factors of life expectancy, removal of the population life expectancy ofthese risk factors can improve10.85. These factors include: smoking (1.65), dyslipidemia(1.41years), insufficient intake of fruits and vegetables (0.95)(0.90), lack of sleep, drinking (0.85), hypertension (0.79), abnormal BMI (0.63years), eating pickled foods(0.60years), lack of physical exercise (0.56)(0.55), and never drink tea, passive smoking(0.38), diabetes (0.37), eating smoked food (0.34years), the regular intake of hot food(0.29years), inadequate intake of calcium (0.26years). Removal of the top five factors, population life expectancy increased by5.86years. Conclusion: crowd Ningxia death to chronic diseases, population life expectancy there ismuch room for improvement interventions for major risk factors affect the lifeexpectancy, you can significantly reduce the disease burden of our region, increasepopulation life expectancy.
