With increasing aging, environmental degradation, the threat of chronic non-communicable diseases on human health is increasingly grim. Chronic non-communicable diseases include some of the features, such as sudden, a wide range of sick people, and so difficult to monitor. The traditional medical model need to use more social resources to achieve for chronic non-communicable diseases effectively monitored. So this paper puts forward the construction of remote medical system using wireless sensor network and Ethernet Technology.Firstly, this paper compares some basic means of wireless communication, such as Bluetooth Wi Fi UWB and Zigbee, decides to choose Zigbee as the means of wireless communication. This article designed physiological signals(ECG, pulse, temperature) acquisition circuit, combined with Zigbee technology to build body area network. WSN choose a star topology. At the transmission network part, this article chooses STM32f103 as the main chip. The main chip drives Ethernet module to build the transmission network gateway. Transmission network used TCP / IP protocol to transmit physiological data to network, which is collected in body area network.Secondly, this paper uses C# language to design telemedicine center software system. This system combined with access database technology can manage patient records, show the physiological signal data, manage user login, and has the diagnosis and early warning capabilities.Finally, this paper tested and analyzed the entire system. This paper measured the signal strength and transmission loss rate of wireless sensor networks to analyze stability of wireless sensor networks. This paper used Black-box testing method to test telemedicine center software systems. This paper gives real-time ECG waveform, real-time pulse waveform and real-time temperature waveform. This paper implements the construction of telemedicine systems, which can achieve multiple physiological parameters simultaneously collection, transmission, storage and display.
