Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Dredge-du Chiropractic Technique

Objective:Lumbar disc herniation on clinical common diseases, leading to low back pain, one of the main symptoms. Clinical effect is significant traction and massage. Test results obtained for statistical analysis.Results:1.Dredge-du chiropractic technique for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, recovery in 5 cases, improved in 17 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 91.6%;conventional manipulation therapy for lumbar disc herniation, recovered in 2 cases, improvement in 15 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, total effective rate was 70.8%.the overall effect of the two groups had significant difference(p <0.05), explain the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2. In alleviating low back pain extent, the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly reduced(p <0.05), shows the treatment group effect in alleviating the disease waist-leg obviously superior to the control group.3. The two groups before and after treatment compared to the value of lumbar lateral bending angles were significantly different(P <0.05), and the treatment group than the control group(p <0.05).Conclusion : Dredge-du chiropractic technique with syndrome differentiation, treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior to conventional massage techniques, and its mechanism may be to alleviate lower back pain, lumbar spine to correct scoliosis deformity, to restore spinal balance between internal and external mechanics to achieve the therapeutic purposes.
