Object: Assessment of cognitive function about the elderly over 60 in Shihezi, seeking protect factors and risk factors for provide theoretical guidance of MCI.Method:Collected outpatient and inpatient in the first affiliated hospital Shihezi university of medicine,Shihezi people’s hospital and Lv zhou hospital of Shihezi from August 2013 to December 2014, who come from neurology, rehabilitation medicine and geriatrics department;Completing the questionnaire data, laboratory indexes and skull CT or head MRI data, use relevant neuropsychological scale(including MMSE, Mo CA, ADL) to assess cognitive function, a total of 660 cases, including MCI group 320 cases and NMCI group 340 cases. After establishing the data, we used SPSS17.0 software to analyze the data.Result: 1.MCI with various cognitive damage area: the language organization and the ability to execute(98.4%), delayed memory(92.6%), attention and calculation(87.1%), directional forces(77.8%). The memory capacity, attention and calculation, directional forces have difference statistically compared to two groups. 2. In the single factor analysis: age, level of education, marital status, interests, exercise time, apolipoprotein a, D-dimer, creatinine, homocysteine, drinking tea, meat-eating, eating egg layer, ratio of red and white meat(P<0.01),blood glucose, albumin, cystatin C, CEA, T3, folic acid, vitamin B12, living environment, drinking and sleeping habits(P<0.05) have statistically differences compared to two groups;3. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the MCI group is positively related with albumin(r=0.114,P=0.114) while blood glucose, serum creatinine and cystatin C, CEA, homocysteine, and D-dimer are negatively correlation(r=0.133, P=0.01; r =0.112, P=0.004; r =0.097, P=0.013; r=0.11, P=0.01; r=0.189,P=0.000; r=0.202, P=0.007). Multiple linear regression analysis, blood glucose, albumin, homocysteine are independent risk factors for MCI; 4. Logistics regression analysis: the lower age and drinking tea daily are protect factors for MCI in Shihezi.Lower cultural degree, overweight, less interests, lack of exercise, the combination of cerebrovascular disease or hypertension, and meat-eating daily are risk factors for MCI in Shihezi. Conclusion: 1.the main damaged areas in the order: language organization and execution ability, delayed memory, attention and calculation, directional forces.2. High albumin, low age and drinking tea daily are protect factors in MCI;High blood glucose, high homocysteine, lower cultural degree, overweight, lack of exercise, less interests, with cerebrovascular disease or hypertension, and meat-eating daily are risk factors for MCI in Shihezi;...
