Using the formal questionnaire to investigate on330 repeat pregnant women after cesarean section on Maternal and Children Healthy Hospital of Shanxi Province. Recycling and auditing the questionnaire, then encoding the effective questionnaires, using the Epidata3.1 software to establish a database, after two people entered the date twice to check the errors, using the SPSS 22.0 statistical software to analysis the data. Results:This study investigated 330 repeat pregnant women, recycling effective questionnaire 318, and the recycling effective rate was 96.4%.1. The maximum score of the knowledge section is 17 point, the minimum score is5 point, the median is 10 point, and the range interquartile is 4; the maximum score of the attitude section is 35 point, the minimum score is 15 point, and the average score is(26.10±3.19) point; the maximum score of the behavior section is 18 point, the minimum score is 7 point, and the average score is(13.69±2.03) point.2. Different repeat pregnant women with different education level, the doctors’ recommendations on the delivery had different knowledge scores, attitude scores and behavior scores of delivery mode after cesarean section. The difference was significant(P<0.05). The more higher level of their education, and if the doctor had provided the advice of delivery mode to repeat pregnant women before, the higher knowledge scores, attitude scores and behavior scores the repeat pregnant women got; besides, different repeat pregnant women’s intentions of delivery mode after cesarean section had different attitude scores and behavior scores, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The more stronger the repeat pregnant women’s intention to choose the delivery mode after cesarean section, the higher attitude scores and behavior scores the repeat pregnant women got.3. There was a positive correlation among the repeat pregnant women’s knowledge scores, attitude scores and behavior scores of delivery mode after cesarean section.(correlation coefficient r=0.224~0.266,P<0.001).Conclusion:1. Most repeat pregnant women’s level of the knowledge of delivery mode after cesarean section is low, they are also uncertain or disagree with the vaginal birth after cesarean delivery;2.
