Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria With Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Weastern Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic urticaria treated with levocetirizine and BCG-PSN combined with Yupingfeng particle,curative effect evaluation method of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 138 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups : 45 in the control group 1,45 in the control group 2,48 cases of patients in treatment group. the control group 1 patients was only given levocetirizine 5mg,oral,1 times a day;the control group 2 was given levocetirizine,usage with the former,and BCG-PSN 1ml,intramuscular injection,1 every other day;The treatment group was given levocetirizine 、BCG-PSN,usage with the former,and adds Yupingfeng particle 5g,oral,three times a day. 4 weeks after the treatment,to evaluate the efficacy of three groups,and observe the recurrence rate and drug adverse reaction. The symptom score before and after treatment were compared with t test,the efficacy、adverse reaction and drug relapse rate of incidence were compared by chi square test。Results Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment:the treatment group and the control group 1 before treatment,the symptoms were(9.25±1.37)and(9.17±1.42),no statistically significant differences between the two(t=0.2765,P>0.05).after treatment,both the symptoms were(1.85±2.36)and(3.47±3.52),two were statistically significant difference(t=2.6218,P<0.02).After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group cured 28 people,the total effective rate was 89.6%,control group 1 cured 16,the total effective rate was 64.4%,control group 2 cured 18,the total effective rate was 71.1%,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant,respectively(X2=8.40,P<0.01)and(X2=5.08,P<0.05). 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the treatment group cured patients with recurrence rate was 21.4%,the control group 1 was 62.5%,the control group 2 was 50.0%,the recurrence rate of lthe treatment group was lower then that of the control group 1、the control group 2,the difference was statistical significant,respectively(X2=4.95,P<0.05)and(X2=4.07,P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the treatment group was 12.5%,the control group 1 was 11.1%, the control group 2 was 8.89% compared no significant difference,respectively(X2=0.0430,P>0.05)(X2=0.3156,P>0.05).Conclusion levocetirizine is a new long-acting of antihistamines. Yupingfeng particle and BCG-PSN were immune regulator components of traditional chinese medicine、western medicine respectively. the combination of TCM and western medicine,compared with only using antihistamine levocetirizine treatment effect is good,than western medicine combined(levocetirizine and BCG-PSN)a good therapeutic effect. The treatment effect of this method is satisfactory effect,with low recurrence rate,no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
