The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Sanhanchushitang Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Chronic Urticaria

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of San Han Chu Shi Tang (SHCST) decoction in the treatment of acute chronic urticaria.Metheods We divided 206 cases into two groups according to the different treatment method applied. 104 cases in group A,treated by SHCST ; 102 cases in group B,treated with mizolastin.Itch,the number and scale of rash, the frequency and while of paroxysm , the value of VAS and SSRI were used to monitor the disease activity.Results In group A, the total effective cases were 84 (80.8%). In group B,the total effective cases were 76 (74.5%).There is no significant difference shown between two groups in the rates of effectiveness (P=0.28> 0.01).The significant difference about the value of VAS and the integral of symptoms was shown statistically before and after treatment in all groups (P<0.01 ) .In rash itch,the number of tetter, the frequency and while of paroxysm , the value of VAS, SHCST and mizolastin have significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion SHCST and mizolastin are both effective treatments to acute chronic cold-humid urticaria.At the same time, SHCST is superior to mizolastin in the clinical efficacy.
