Objective:Main symptoms of this topic by observing the H-hypertensive patients, signs and fasting plasma homocysteine levels and grouping TCM type and Hcy levels to explore TCM syndrome type distribution and the syndrome the relationship between Hcy levels and reveal which links to guide clinical treatment of hypertension, hoping based disease and stroke prevention in Western medicine to provide a theoretical basis and lay the foundation for the development of clinical medicine. Methods:According to the classification of clinical syndromes observed. Design H-hypertensive S-yndromes observed table and quantization table Hcy level detection of 310 cases of H-hype rtensive patients met criteria for initial and post judgment TCM syndromes outcome measured Hcy levels and classification of data for statistical analysis, to obtain the relevant conclusions from the analysis results. Results:1. H hypertension of TCM common clinical syndromes distribution has its regularity: There are significant differences in the composition ratio of TCM syndromes; deficiency of both yin and clinical findings 152 cases, accounting for 49%; phlegm-dampness 128 cases, accounting for 41%; hyperactivity syndrome in 27 cases, accounting for 9%; anger Hyperactivity three cases, accounting for 1%.2.H hypertension various common clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and its elevated fasting plasma homocysteine levels have a certain relationship: both yin and yang deficiency and anger Hyperactivity the vast majority of patients had mildly elevated Hcy levels in stage( accounting for 87% and 100%, respectively); phlegm dampness and hyperactivity syndrome have the vast majority of Hcy levels in moderate and severe rise phase(two-phase account for 99% of the total number of the card type). Conclusions:H hypertensive patients with common clinical syndromes Distribution has its own peculiarities, Yin and Yang Deficiency most anger Hyperactivity least, so both yin deficiency is its high risk patients; wherein each common syndromes and the various stages of elevated Hcy the level of a certain relationship, phlegm-dampness and hyperactivity syndrome in Hcy levels in more severe elevated stage, so these two syndromes patients are at high risk. So these syndromes are a particular patient should be the focus of clinical prevention of stroke, clinical prevention of stroke the development of clinical medicine has its practical significance.
