| Objective: To investigate the relationships between plasma homocysteine and fasting blood glucose on patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Through retrospective study, 256 patients under CT or MRI confirmed as acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were collected in January 2012-January2015 and 253 patients with clinical diagnosis of essential hypertension without cerebral hemorrhage were also collected in Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, which were divided into hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and hypertension groups: Name, gender, age, blood pressure, the history of diabetes, biochemical indexes of all patients during this hospital time, including Hcy,FBG,lipid;records bleeding loss, whether broke into ventricles were all collected.According to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), NIHSS scores of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were evaluated.Results:1.Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group,s systolic blood pressure,Hcy,FBG levels were higher than hypertension group(P < 0.05); By Chi-square test,we found that the positive rate of fasting blood glucose and plasma homocysteine in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group were higher than hypertension patients(P< 0.05).2. The patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with elevated FBG group,s systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TC, triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), NIHSS score, proportional of diabetes were higher than normal FBG group,s(P < 0.05); at the same time, FBG as the dependent variable, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TC, TG, LDL-C, NIHSS score, diabetes as independent variable, by multifactor analysis found that FBG had positively relationship with systolic blood pressure, TG, NIHSS score, diabetes(P <0.05).3. The patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with different concentrations of Hcy,s gender, age, diastolic blood pressure, TG had differencesstatistical significance(P < 0.05); and Hcy as dependent variable, gender, age, diastolic blood pressure, TG as the independent variables, by multifactor analysis found that Hcy had positive relationship with gender, age, diastolic blood pressure, and had negative correlation with TG(P < 0.05).4. The patients of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with different stroke severity between age, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), FBG, diabetic had different statistical significance(P < 0.05); at the same time, the severity of the disease for the dependent variable, age, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),FBG, diabetes as independent variable by multifactor and analysis found that disease severity had positively relationship with age, FBG, diabetes(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hcy may be related to morbidity of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, but had no relationship with the severity of disease. FBG may be related to morbidity of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, and had positive relationship with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage of severity disesse, the higher the FBG, the more severe the disease. |
