There is no concept of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis(PLGC) in Traditional C hinese Medicine, while the symptoms of Piman in Traditional Chinese Medicine are similar to PLG C. In the first part of this thesis we respectively summarizes how the ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of PLGC; In th e second part, the method of epidemiological the characteristics of PLGC’s symptoms in TCM were i nvestigated with the epidemiological research; In the third part, the clinical experiences of professor Wang Dao-kun were summarized. Objective In order to better inherit the academic ideology of famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor professor Wang Dao-kun. This article analyzed the medical records of 61 PLGC patients treated by professor Wang personally, discussed Professor Wang’s theoretical basis, syndrome differentiation and characteristics of using Chinese herb in treating PLGC, and then summarized his clinical experiences which is worth cherishing and carrying forward.Method First we reviewed the cognitions of "Piman" in traditional Chinese medicine and the studies of PLGC which was did by modern Chinese medical scientists respectively, then use the method of factor analysis to discuss the medical records of 61 PLGC patients in aetiological agent, pathogenic characteristics, features of using Chinese herb and treatment characteristics.sResults Through the studies of 61 patients with PLGC, we find that in doctor Wang’s prescription treating PLGC the top twelve most frequent Chinese herbs are, in order, Poria Cocos,Pinellia, fructus aurantii, Dangshen, Astragalus membranaceus, radix bupleuri, pericarpium citri reticulatae, semen coicis, bighead atractylodes rhizome, radix pseudostellariae, paeonia lactiflora pallas, caulis perllae. The most used therapeutic methods are invigorating spleen and supplementing qi, Dispelling phlegm, clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting circulation and removing stasis, regulating qi for eliminate swelling. For example, Doctor Wang using Huayu Xiaopi Decoction to treat deficiency of spleen and Qi stagnation syndrome, using Shugan Hewei Decoction to treat Ganwei Buhe syndrome, using Sanren Decoction to treat Piwei Shire syndrome and using Zhiqiao Yiwei Decoction to treat Stomach Yin deficiency Decoction. Conclusion Professor Wang thought that the main pathogenesis of PLGC are "spleen andstomach weakness, lack of Yuan Qi, phlegm and blood stasis resistance, blood stasis block." spleen and stomach weakness, lack of Yuan Qi belong to deficiency in origin, while phlegm and blood stasis resistance, blood stasis block belong to enrichment in symptom. Lack of Zheng Qi can cause exogenous evils invade, on the contrary exogenous evils’ invasion is easier to damage Zheng Qi.Zheng Qi and exogenous evils influence each other and establish the causal relationship. The main mechanisms of PLGC are the stagnation of qi activity, the spleen not rise clear and stomach Qi rising leads to phlegm and blood stasis transresistance. Blood stasis and long illness gradually formed the blood stasis, blood stasis gradually evolved eventually result in malignant transformation of PLGC.So through his rich clinical experience Professor Wang established the therapeutic principle of PLGC by using strengthening spleen and nourishing Qi, nourishing Yuan Qi to treat its origin, meanwhile using promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, eliminating dampness and phlegm to treat its symptom.According to his traditional Chinese medical theory and rich clinical experiences, as well as combining integral syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine microscopic examination, Professor Wang points out that the formation of PLGC is a long process, the injured or atrophied gastric mucosa cells can’t recover in short time, so he emphasized that in treating PLGC we should not be anxious for success. Generally speaking, PLGC takes 3-6 months to cure, if this disease is severe the treat time will be longer. In treatment process, keeping a happy mood and balance diet are beneficial to the recovery of PLGC.Conclusion: through the above study summarize my teacher treating PLGC drug law has the following characteristics: combines ancient and modern, stresses the frontier, dual diagnosis; In the old adage, and pathogenesis, the centralizer is given priority to;Inverse attempt, and physiological, pay attention to rise and fall;Seven emotions, the mind, firm faith;Ventilation machine, phlegm and blood stasis, eliminate pathogenic to;F medicine, physiology, removing,Grasp the primary symptom, innovation, add and subtract a chapter.
