| Objective:Analyzing the characteristics of posterior circulation aneurysms onset, explore the effect of endovascular treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms and surgical complications of the treatment, as to provide theoretical basis for posterior circulation aneurysms surgery option.Methods:The first affiliated hospital of nanchang university were retrospectively analyzed from March 2010 to March 2015 neurosurgery and hospitalization after vascular embolization clinical data of 37 patients with posterior circulation aneurysms. Collect the content for the patient’s general information, personal history, Hunt- Hess classification, the postoperat- ive complications, and long-term follow-up, and analyze the related factors.Surgical curative effect,。Results:Thirty-seven patients immediately after embolization angiogram, which completely 30 cases(81.1%), embolism 4 cases(10.8%), part of the thrombosis in 3cases(8.1%);3cases of partial fusiform aneurysm embolization is 1 cases of basilar artery, 1 case of posterior cerebral artery dissection aneurysm, 1 case of right posterior cerebral artery combined with basilar artery aneurysms。Postoperative blood flow obviously slow。Discharged patients using modified Rankin scale, 34 patients with 0 ~ 1 minute 。 16 cases(80%), review fully dense embolization.1 case of recurrence of vertebral artery dissecting aneurysm, 1 case of superior cerebellar artery aneurysms, and 1 case of cervical vertebral artery aneurysms tumor enhancement, 1 case of posterior cerebral artery dissection part artery embolism, no obvious change after review。Conclusion:1、Endovascular treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms is a safe and effective treatment。2、Posterior circulation aneurysms Onyx glue embolism after parent artery is feasible。3 、 Dissecting aneurysm more saccular aneurysm treatment more complicated,aneurysm embolization completely rate is lower, and long-term follow-up recurrence rate higher than that of saccular aneurysm。. |
