The Renal Function Of Chronic Tonsillitis Patients With IgAN Changes After Tonsillectomy

Objective:To compare changes in renal function of chronic tonsillitis patients with IgAN after tonsillectomy for chronic tonsillitis, whether with IgAN patients suitable for feasibility of tonsillectomy provide the basis, at the same time as the chronic tonsillitis with IgAN patients undergoing tonsillectomy by dissection can improve renal function and provide reference index for the corresponding. Methods:Since December 2013 to January 2013 visit to Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University diagnosed by clinical examination for chronic tonsillitis with IgAN in patients with bilateral tonsillectomy under local anesthesia, laboratory examination in patients with preoperative and postoperative 1 weeks, 2 weeks, 6 months, in March January, the urine red blood cell content, 24 h the content of urinary protein, blood Cr, blood Ccr changes.
