Objective This article aims to use 16 S r RNA high-throughput sequencing to explore the potential microbial colonization characteristics of different tissue lavage fluids in chronic tonsillitis(RT)and tonsil hypertrophy(TH).Methods After tonsillectomy were selected, and the rinsing fluid of epidermis and crypt tissues was collected.Subsequently,PCR and the 16 S r RNA gene sequencing were performed. Results The crypt flora of these two diseases was similar to that of the epidermis. The epidermis and crypt of the tonsil were different in the two groups. The epidermis and crypts of the patients with RT were different from the eight colonies that all belong to anaerobic bacteria. Conclusion RT and TH have complex colonizations,in which anaerobic bacteria are more natural to colonize the crypt.Peptostreptococcus may be involved in the pathological changes of tonsils caused by repeated inflammation.Chronic tonsillitis has multi-microbial properties compared with tonsil hypertrophy. |
