Study On The Financial Management Of The Hospital In C University After Health And Medical Reform

The hospital in university is a medical institution located in campus which is build according to "School Health Regulations” and “Health Care Organizations Working Procedures of Colleges and Universities”. It`s mainly responsible for the basic medical college, infectious disease prevention, health surveillance, health education, family planning and health care management in campus, to protect the teaching, researching work carried out smoothly. The hospitals is largely dependent on funding from school, which leads to the financial pressure of university increasing.Along with the health care system reform and the process of university logistics socialization accelerating, universal medical insurance has established and logistics tend to enterprise management. University `s pressure in finance has reduced. However, facing the changes in the external environment, the university hospitalis very awkward because of multi-managed identity. There are no relevant policies to provide guidance. Development of university hospital has encountered a bottleneck. Especially in terms of financial management, with the gradual opening, income of the university hospital has increased, but also brings competitive pressures. Using traditional financial management method has been unable to meet the new needs of the university hospital reform. Therefore, it`s time to enhance its financial management level.Combining with the reform of health care system and university logistics socialization background, this paper analyses the current management model in several universities about the university hospital, starting from the management mode, and then chooses the management method for C university hospital. Afterwards, based on the principal-agent theory, the theory of university financial management and hospital financial management, the paper analyzes the financial management status of C University hospital, points out the problems and causes of C University hospital in financial management. Finally, to solve above problems, the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions and improvements. The countermeasures that the writer proposes have their reality model significance in strengthening the financial management of C university hospital.
