Study On The Extraction Process By HHLSE And Quality Control Study Of Chrysanthemum Indicum L. Based On HPLC Fingerprint

Compared with other traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) Quality Control mode,HPLC fingerprint has been widely adopted to assure better quality control of Herbal Extracts. Because it was able to characterize the Herbal Extracts as a whole feature.For the study of Chrysanthemum indicum L. in this paper, HPLC fingerprint will be applied to the intermediates and final products quality control throughout the production process.In addition, this paper study on the Extraction Process in Chrysanthemum indicum L.by HHLSE.Hope to provide a new idea for the production of the extracts of Chrysanthemum indicum L.The main contents and results of this study are as follows:(1) Multiple Indicator quantitative fingerprint of Chrysanthemum indicum L. has been established by studying extraction Solvent, extraction time, extraction method,Liquid-material ratio,wavelength of UV light, chromatographic column, mobile phase system, mobile phase concentration gradient, column temperature, fluid flow etc.The results show that this method is easy to operate, and has high precision, stability, repeatability and accuracy that all meet the relevant requirements.In addition,this method has been used in evaluating the quality of 11 batches Chrysanthemum indicum L.from the herbal market.The analysis of Chrysanthemum indicum L.fingerprints using “the similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(2004 A edition)”. The standard fingerprint has been built with 9 common peaks.(2) To established by orthogonal test.With the method of the HPLC chromatographic fingerprints and Solids content as the index,the ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and Liquid-material ratio were optimized.Rank Sum Ratio,RSR. was applied to Comprehensive Evaluation of the experimental results,the best extraction technology was alcoholic concentration 60% and the raw drugmaterials were extracted three times,Interval 3 minutes per time,3 minutes times was and alcohol usage is 15 times,extraction temperature is Room temperature.Repeat the above steps one more time.(3) This paper study on the Extraction Process in Chrysanthemum indicum L.by HHLSE. HPLC fingerprints and Solids content as the index will be applied to the intermediates and final products quality control throughout the production process.The results show that HHLSE process has improved the production quality.(4) Study on the traditional extraction process in Chrysanthemum indicum L.Used fingerprints and Solids content as the quality control index throughout the whole production process. The experimental results were compared with HHLSE.The results showed that HHLSE production process has a greater advantage.Through these studies, a more systematic Chrysanthemum fingerprint quality control methods has been established and applied to evaluate the quality of Chrysanthemum indicum L.and the extraction process. Provide a reference for the production work.By study on the Extraction Process in Chrysanthemum indicum L.By HHLSE.Provides a completely new extract production process and provide a useful reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
