Design And Analysis For Community Oriented Health Record Information Service System

Nowadays, with the fast growing Chinese population, the large and medium-sized domestic hospitals are unable to fully undertake the task of diagnosis, treatment, health consulting, physical examination and emergency medical treatment for residents. As a result, the health care reform should focus on making health service grassroots-oriented and object-oriented. At the meantime, as population grows, health records increases a lot which leads to the traditional resident health record management is no longer efficient. Electronic Health Record(EHR) is a very important part of Hospital Information System(HIS) which is a typical and successful example of health care refrom. It can input all information of traditional paper-based health records into the computer by the health information management platform. Via the Internet, we can record, modify, delete, add and go through the change of residents’ health status. Establishing a community oriented health record information service system can make health record informative and efficient.This thesis introduces the concrete realization of community oriented, health record information service system and it mainly completes the work as below: Firstly, the background of current Hospital Information System and Electronic Health Records System are investigated to get know of current research status. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey and discussion with residents, staffs’ and residents’ actual demands for system platform are collected. The entire platform is divided into system login module, resident health record management module, children health management module, pregnant women health management module, hypertension health management module and diabetes health management module. Thirdly, the overview design based on the previous demand analysis is completed. Forthly, the designation of database is finished by SQL Server 2005 and C/S structure community oriented, health record information service system is realized by C# language and.NET framework. Lastly, the Android APP of this system is developed to make residents and staffs check and modify the healthy records anytime, anywhere, what’s more, this APP can also receive and post the notices about medical examination, vaccination medical education timly.After a period of trial operation, this community oriented, health record information service system is convenient and high efficient which meets the basic requirement of customers.
