Clinic Research On Treatment Of Fibromyalgia Syndrome By Manipulation Directed By "Jin Bing Theory"

Objective:To observe the clinical research on Treatment of Primary Fibromyalgia syndrome by Manipulation Directed by "Jin bing Theory ". With the purpose of searching a more safe and reliable method for people with Fibromyalgia syndrome, all the patients were divided into three groups and each taken treatment with different methods.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experiment group and two control groups,30 cases in each group. The experiment group were treated with massage manipulation directed by "Jin bing Theory ", while the control groups were executed with pain spot technique and amitriptyline medication respectively.Before and after the treatment, the VAS pain score, insomnia scale score and the number of the pain spot were recorded respectively to evaluate the curative effect of each group.Results:The VAS pain score, insomnia scale score and the number of the pain spot of the experiment group and control group before and after treatment changed obviously,and the experiment group was significantly different from the two control groups (P< 0.05). Evaluating the clinical curative effect, the experimental group were cured in 3 cases, excellent in 8 cases, effective in 6 cases and invalid in 3 cases, with total effective rate of 85%;the pain spot technique 1 group were cured in 0 cases,excellent in 5 cases, effective in 8 cases and invalid in 7 cases,with total effective rate of 65%; the amitriptyline medication group were cured in 0 cases, excellent in 3 cases effective in 9 cases and invalid in 8 cases, with total effective rate of 60%. Serious adverse events were not found in the three groups of patients.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation study it could concluded that the three treatments with primary fibromyalgia syndrome can relieve symptoms, but the efficacy of the experiment method was better than the control groups,and no side effects.
