| Objective We are not satisfied with the results of treating Herpes Simplex Keratitis by using current western medicine trea tment. Then Houstonian Cordata and traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth-Qingjiefang will be taken into account to trea t Herpes Simplex Keratitis in the clinical treatment. We will f ind out whether it can improve the clinical curative effactment s, at the same time, mainly discussing the influence of the cou rse and the recurrence rate of Herpes Simplex Keratitis, with t he traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods According to the diagnostic standards of Herpes Sim plex Keratitis by discussing,45 Patients(53 eyes) who were dia gnosed with Herpes Simplex Keratitis,will be selected and divid ed into the treatment group and the control group, who have see n a doctor in our hospital outpatient and the inpatient. The co ntrol group treated with western medicine, Patients will Point ganciclovir eye drops into their bad eye or eyes, during the da y, once time Per every two hours, then they will squeeze gancic lovireye ointment and levofloxacin hydrochloride eye ointment i nto fornical conjunctiva before sleeping in the evening; Treatm ent group will be injected to the bulbar conjunctiva and the Pl ace next to the bulbar conjunctiva, by using 3 ml injection of Houstonian Cordata,once time per day, on the basis of the contr ol group. At the same time, Homemade Houstonian Cordata eye dro ps will be dropped eyes frequently, once time per every two hou rs. And drinking Qingjiefang twice a day, when it is in the mor ning and night after eating. One Period of treatment contains 7day, there are 4 Periods of treatments. After all the Patients of Herpes Simplex Keratitis completing their treatments, we wi ll observe the curative effect of the two groups, and compare t he time needed for distribution and the number of cases of adve rse reactions, then tracking the cure Patients with 1 year, obs erve two groups of Patients’ relapse.Results ①The treatment group have treated 22 persons,11 ey es cured,6 eyes were markedly effective, effective 4 eye,1 eye ineffective, the total effective rate was 95.45%; The control g roup in clinical treatment of 23 persons 8 eyes cured,9 eyes we re markedly effective, effective 3 eyes, invalid 3 eyes, total effective rate was 86.95%.After statistics analysis, comparing two groups of curative effect, founding P <0.05,there is signif icant difference and statistical significance, hat Proves the t reatment groupies more efficient than the control group.②the d istribution of two groups of cure the required number of days, after statistics rank and inspection = 3.87, P <0.05,there is s ignificant difference and statistically significances, the trea tment group’s time for requiring was shorter than the control group, which were significantly earlier, and more efficient.③T here were 2 cases which were caused by drugs adverse reaction d uring treatment in the treatment group, the proportion is 9.09%,and the control group patients with adverse reactions during the treatment was 4cases, the rate was 17.39%. Through statistica l analysis P<0.05,there is significant difference and statistic ally significant, the treatment group adverse reactions during this treatment significantly less than the control group.④The cured patients were followed up for one year, we got results sh owed that the treatment group had 4 cases of recurrence in 11 c ases, the recurrence rate was 36.36% and the control group had 5 cases of recurrence in 8 cases, the recurrence rate was 62.50%, by strictly statistics processing <0.05,there are significa nt difference and statistically significance, the recurrence ra te of treatment group was obviously lower than control group in one year.Conclusion ①Compared with the Pure western medicine treatm ent, we use large dose of Houstonian Cordata and Qingjiefang lo cally on the basis of conventional western medicine to treat He rpes Simplex Keratitis,by adopting the method of combination of Chinese and western, can significantly reduce Patients’ sympto ms and improve the effacements of treatment.②We can we make th e treatment more efficiently, and Patients with Herpes Simplex Keratitis can effectively shorten the treatment time, and recov er sooner, if we use large dose of Houstonian Cordata and Qingj iefang on the basis of using the conventional antiviral treatme nt.③Comparing with western medicine treatment, the locally usi ng with large dose of Houstonian Cordata and Qingjiefang can re duce Patients’ adverse reactions during the period of treatment,effectively,and reduce unnecessary Pains.④We can see that usin g Houstonian Cordata and Qingjiefang to treat Herpes Simplex Ke ratitis can significantly reduce the recurrence of the disease,relieve Patients’ anxiety mood. And the Patients will be happy to accept it, by the way, its Price is cheap, so it is suitabl e furlong-term using. At the same time, there is no obvious adv erse reaction during the Period of treatment. |
