| Objective to observe the clinical curative effect of Kangduyihaofang joint acupoint injection of H.cordata treating epithe-lial type herpes simplex keratitis Method a total of 41 patients with Epithelial type Herpes Simplex Keratitis were divided into 20 cases(22 eyes)in the control group and 21 cases(24 eyes)in the study group.In the control group,ganciclovir eye drops were used for local eye spot four times a day,1-2 drops each time.The team of treatment on the basis of taking Kangduyihaofang orally added acupoint injection of H.cordata in Neiqiuhou.Two groups with bacterial infection with levofloxacin eye drops point eyes,three times a day,before going to bed with levofloxacin hydrochloride eye gel;Patients with iridocyclitis were treated with compound topicamide mydriasis and levofloxacin eye drops.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days,2 weeks as a course of treatment.After the course of treatment,patients were instructed to conduct regular review and follow up for one year,and relevant indicators of patients were recorded as required:1.Evaluation of corneal sensitivity test: after the end oftreatment,the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared for corneal sensitivity test to observe the therapeutic effect of two different treatment methods on epithelial HSK.2.Distribution of the time(day)for corneal fluorescein staining to become negative: corneal fluorescein staining was compared between the two groups on the 7th day,the 14 th day,the 21 st day and the 28 th day after treatment.3.Incidence of complications: observe the incidence of complica-tions in the study group and the control group during treatment and follow-up,and compare the incidence of complications;4.Recurrence rate: relevant statistics and comparisons were made between the two groups on recurrence after follow-up.5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the overall efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results 1.Evaluation of corneal sensitivity test: according to the statistical test,Z=0.24,there was no significant difference in the degree of decreased corneal perception between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.2.Distribution of the time(days)for corneal fluorescein staining to become negative: the distribution of the time(days)for corneal fluorescein staining to become negative in the two groups was statistically analyzed.Average days: t=2.641,P=0.012.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average number of days in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group.3.Incidence of complications: during treatment and follow-up,1 case of iridocyclitis occurred in the study group,6 cases in the control group,including 3 cases of bacterial conjunctivitis,2 cases of iridocyclitis,and 1 case ofacute angle-closure glaucoma.After timely treatment,the disease has been under control.The incidence of complications was 4.16%in the study group and 27.27% in the control group.The incidence of complications in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Recurrence rate:The recurrence rate was 16.67% in the study group and 45.45%in the control group.The recurrence of patients in the two groups was statistically treated.The recurrence of patients in the two groups after treatment was compared,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.Clinical efficacy evaluation: after statistical non-parametric test,Z=4.96,the total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion 1.Kangduyihaofang joint acupoint injection of H.cordata and Ganciclovir both have therapeutic effect for epithelial herpes simplex viral keratitis(HSK);2.Confirmed that Kangduyihaofang joint acupoint injection of H.cordata treating epithelial type herpes simplex keratitis than simply use western medicine the curative effect is more significant;3.Kangduyihaofang joint acupoint injection of H.cordata can shorten the clinical treatment time of HSK to a certain extent;4.Kangduyihaofang joint acupoint injection of H.cordata can reduce the occurrence of HSK complications effectively;5.Kangduyihaofang joint acupoint injection of H.cordata has apreventive effect on HSK and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of HSK. |
