The Experimental Study Of Tui Yi Tablet On Herpes Simplex Keratitis In Mice

Objective: To investigate the effect of Tui Yi tablet,Which had the fuctions of oversight windand clear heat,solve poison retreat stain, on herpes simplex keratitis(HSK),epielermis,and the changs of red cell immunity in HSK.Methods: It was a experimental study.Sixty famale BALB/C mice were randomly dividied into six groups,every groups were ten . Take the right eyes as the experiment eye,and dropping HSV-1 on the conjunctival sac after scratched epielermis of the cornea.keratitis was induced in BALB/C mice by inoculating the cornea with HSV-1(Fstrain) . After judgeing animal model five groups were HSV-1 infected mice, included groups A ,all were ungone to reactivate the herpes simplex keratitis by tape-1;groups B,C,D ,witch were low,middal and high groups, treated with Tui Yi tablet respectively;groups E were treated with acyclovir ;groups F were treated with distilled water as the untreated control groups.Observed changes of cornea through the slit lamp everyday, writed down its changs. Cornea were harvested after taking medcine.To study the effect of red cell immunity and form of cornea were treated Tui Yi tablet between groups. Results: 1. Tui Yi tablet can obviously improve the HSK mice' survival condition.2. 12 hours later, HSK mice displayed some early symptoms of herpes simplex keratitis, Which means HSK model established. 3 .Compared with the model group, the content of in Tui Yi tablet groups were increased evidently ( P<0.05). 4.Compared with the normal controls, the content of in Tui Yi tablet groups were increased evidently ( P<0.05). 5.The level of Red Cell Immunity of mice is significantly different between Tui Yi D groups and normal controls( P<0.01). Tui Yi tablet can increase the level of red cell immunity ( P<0.01).Conclusion: Tui Yi tablet has the effect of promoing cornea recover and growing the level of red cell immunity .It may illustrate to Tui Yi tablet increasing mice immunity.
