Research On The Apozem Of Chinese Material Medica And Antifungal Preparation To Treat The Type Of Blain Of Tinea Manus

Objective This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation for topical antifungal medicine decoction combined blain type of tinea manus and tinea pedis treatment, confirming apozem of Chinese material medica and antifungal preparation for a blain type tinea treatment with antibacterial convergence, and promote the role of drug absorption, thus shortening the course, improve efficacy, reduce the relapse rate, finding safe and effective in combination with topical medicine blister scaly type tinea method of treatment.Method ①All the cases were from Wuhan First Hospital Dermatology from March 2014 to October 2014,. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group have 40 patients; observation group have 38 patients. Two groups of patients were comparable in gender, age, location, and other aspects of the treatment.②We give treatment group patients apozem of chinese material medica dosis everyday and ask the Patients to soak one time one day,while using 1% Bifonazole Cream for external use one time one day.Both group inspect for 4 weeks,and also observe the changes 2 weeks after the treatment.Result ① Scores of condition : The observing groups:In Priortreatment the scores of pathogenetic condition of both groups has not obviously difference(P>0.05),inpost- treatment the scores of pathogenetic condition of everygroups has difference to compare oneself(P<0.05). Comparison groups score is higher than the treatment group’s score(P<0.05). ② Curative effect:For the treatment group,the cases of cure is 31(77.5%),the cases of result significance is 6,total effective rate is 92.5%;And the comparison group,the cure rate is 65.8%,total effective rate is 84.2%. Comparison of cure rate between 2 groups shows great significance, While there is no difference between their total effectiveness(P>0.05);The fungi cultivation result:there are 49 cases are Tricho Phyton rubrum and 12 cases are T.mentagrophytes in 61 patients.③ The laboratory results:78 patients before treatment were positive for microscopic examination of the fungi(see typical to the microscopic fungal hyphae or piles of fungal spores found positive for). 61 cases(34cases in treatment group and control group in27 cases) before treatment of 49 cases of fungal culture Tricho Phyton rubrum,T.mentagrophytes in 12 cases.④the drug’s adverse reaction:Two groups of patients with no obvious side effects,1 case of the treatment group have adverse reaction. But after symptomatic treatment,the reaction come up to disappear. Conclusion The curative effect of topical antifungal medicine decoction compound 1% Bifonazole Cream for tinea manus and tinea pedis is significant, with a low recurrence rate.
