Research On The Apozem Of Chinses Material Medcia To Treat The Type Of Hyperkeratinization Of Tinea Manus And Tinea Pedis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinic curative effect and safety of apozem ofChinses material medcia in the treatment of the hyperkeratinizationtype of tinea manus and tinea pedis.clinical observation1. Select example patients who came from out-patient clinic and admission department in the wuhan first hospital in April 2008 to Janurary 2009. All example patients consistent with diagnostic code and depletion denom below. They were divided into treatment group and comparison group by randomly. Both of the groups include cases. Two groups have no obviously difference at ages, sexes, courses of disease and scores of prior trement (P > 0.05). They have comparability.2 .We give treatment group patients apozem of Chinses material medcia dosis everyday and ask the patientis to soak their hands or feet with dieasee two times one day , while useing Naftifine Hydrochloride And Ketoconazole Cream for external use two times one day. And only give the comparison group patients Naftifine Hydrochloride And Ketoconazole Cream for external use two times one day . We set three weeks as a treatment course , and also observe the changes 2 weeks after the treatment.3.Give scores to two groups at prior treatment and post-treatment in different pathogenetic conditions , and evaluate curative effect 2 weeks later. At the same time , observe the adverse reaction of treatment group's drugs.4. The total effective rate were examined with x~2, the mark of pathogenetic condition were examined with t-test.Result1. to evaluate scores of pathogenetic conditionThe observing groups: In prior treatment the scores of pathogenetic condition of both groups has not obviously difference ( P > 0.05 ) , in post-treatment the scores of pathogenetic condition of every groups has difference to compare oneself(treatment group P< 0.01, comparison group P< 0.05). Treatment groups score is not lower than the comparison group's score (P> 0.05).2. to evaluate curative effectâ‘ After a period of treatment, for the 30 treatment group patients the cases of cure is 5(16.7%), the cases of result significance is 11 (36.7%), the cases of improvement is 13, the cases of nullity is 1, total effective rate is 53.5%; For the comparison group one, the cases of cure is 3(8.82%), the cases of result significance is 9(26.5%), the cases of improvement is 21, the cases of nullity is 1, total effective rate is 35.3%. Treatment group's total effective rate is higher than the comparison group's, but it doesnot has difference after statistics analysis (P >0.05). â‘¡2 weeks After the period of treatment, for the 30 treatment groupe patients the cases of cure is 4(13.3%), the cases of result significance is 13 (43.3%), the cases of utility is 12, total effective rate is 56.7%; For the comparison group one, the cases of cure is 3(8.82%), the cases of result significance is 7(20.6%), the cases of utility is 23, total effective rate is 32.4%. Treatment group's total effective rate is higher than the comparison group's, but it does not has difference after statistics analysis (P >0.05).â‘¢Among these patients (13patients in the treatment group and 8 patients in the comparison group), the result of fungi cultivation : nineteen are Trichophyton rubrum and two of T. mentagrophytes.4. the drug's adverse reaction1 case of the treatment group have adverse reaction that stimulation reaction in her arms because of the high temperature of the drugs . But after stop to use the drugs meanwhile take orally antihistaminics, it recovered normal during the next menstrual period . 1 case of the treatment group have adverse reaction that close-up appearance phlyctena in his feet after 2 weeks treatment .But after alumen addition into the per-apozema, the adverse reaction come up to disappear.Conclusionâ‘ The scores in post-treatment of treatment group all outstrip than the comparison group. And the incidence rate of adverse reaction is low. So apozema have good curative effect for androgentic alopecia of hyperkeratinization .â‘¡The total effective rate of treatment group is higher than the comparison group, but after the analysis using the principle of statistics,there is no difference between the two groups,and this conclusion falls short of desired result .The resons cause the conclusion may be about number of samples and the the computing method to account the total effective rate.
