Objective:Through access to the chinese literatures nearly a decade about analysing the etiology of fetus diapause,calculate the causes and the main causes.Further by looking at ancient Chinese medical books and modern literatures,Elucidate the pathogenesis of major western medicine etiology and the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,combining with the thought of “ preventive treatment of disease” and the clinical experience of research supervisor at the same time,and put forward the countermeasures for preventing and treating the disease.Methods:As China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database and Chongqing VIP science and technology periodical chinabase are the main retrieval tool,and with“fetus diapause,embryo diapause,embryo stop the growth,missed abortion,stillborn in the uterus,etiology,related factors” as the retrieval words,retrieve the related chinese literatures between February 2005 and February 2015,then according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria screening and classify those literatures,and with the information point of western medicine’s etiology and syndrome of TCM extract the information from the literatures which meet the requirements and make a statistical analysis.Results:The sort order of western medicine’s etiology is that infection factors account for 29.01 percent,genetic factors account for 23.31 percent,environmental factors account for 17.40 percent, unexplained factors account for 16.05 percent, endocrine factors account for 12.75 percent, immune factors account for 11.24 percent, uterus and genital tract factors account for 10.30 percent, drug factors accounted for 7.29 percent,male factors account for 6.27%. TCM holds that the main pathogenesis of this disease is kidney deficiency,and others are spleen deficiency,liver depression,blood stasis,blood Heat.They are often combine with each other in clinical,and most of the these are kidney deficiency with others.Of all,the type of spleen and kidney deficiency account for 19.19 percent,the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis account for 18.82 percent,the type of kidney deficiency and liver depression and blood stasis account for 18.26 percent,the type of kidneydeficiency and liver depression account for 5.35 percent.Conclusion:The etiology of fetus diapause is complex as well as various.The research statistics of this topic are infection factors,genetic factors and environmental factors of western medicine main causes.TCM syndrome type is given priority to with kidney deficiency syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome with others.Study the etiology is mainly in clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
