| Objective:To study the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS),surperoxide dismutase (SOD) and hypoxia inducible factor-la (HIF-la) in Missed abortion patients’villi, exploring the relationships between these three materials with missed abortions.Methods:30patients with missed abortion were Collected as experimental group, In addition,30early pregnant women with artificial abortion surgery were used as control group. determining ROS with flow cytometry, SOD with chemical colorimetric and HIF-la with Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,to study the level of the ROS,SOD and HIF-la both in experimental group and control group.Results:ROS, SOD and HIF-la can be detected in the missed abortion group and normal pregnancy group. the level of ROS in the missed abortion group is significantly higher than that inthe normal pregnancy group (P<0.05). the level of SOD in the missed abortion group is significantly lower than that inthe normal pregnancy group (P<0.05), the expression of HIF-la in the missed abortion group was significantly lower than the normal pregnancy group (P<0.05).Conclusions:oxidative imbalance.and the low expression of HIF-la in the missed abortion group may be important factors that lead to the occurrence of missed abortion. |
