Analysis Of Related Factors Of Missed Abortion

Objective: To analyze the related risk factors of MA in order to provide evidence for preventing and reducing the incidence of MA.Methods: A total of 120 cases of early embryo abortion were treated,including 52 cases of multiple missed abortion and 68 cases of single missed abortion.Embryo villi chromosomes,semen routine,genital tract infection,fragile X gene FMR1,reproductive antibody were compared between the two groups,and univariate and multivariate analysis were carried out.Results: The chromosome of embryo villi was positive,the abnormal rate of sperm routine and thyroid function were higher in the multiple groups than in the single group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the positive chromosomes of embryo villi(P<0.05),the abnormal semen of spouses(P<0.01)and the abnormal thyroid function(P<0.01)were the independent risk factors for multiple missed abortions in pregnant women.Conclusion: Multiple missed miscarriages occurred in pregnant women were related to the chromosomes of embryo villi,abnormal semen and abnormal thyroid function,etc.Screening should be carried out in the early stage to improve the outcome of pregnancy and reduce the psychosomatic injury to women.
