Case-control Study On Related Factors On Missed Abortion

Objective: To explore the related factors of missed abortion.Methods: A case-control study was conducted among 249 cases of missed abortion diagnosed in the Shaanxi People's Hospital and 499 controls during the period of October 2012 to July 2017.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were carried out to analyze the general condition,childbearing history.the age was included in the general condition;the gravida,para,abortion times,birth defect were included in the childbearing history;blood type;abnormal uterine structure.statistical methods: Database was established by Epi Data3.1,adopting SPSS 18.0 statistical software for analyses.univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were carried out to analyze the general condition,childbearing history.when P<0.05,there was difference.Results: Univariate analysis showed that frequent pregnancy,frequent abortion,birth defect were the related risk factors of missed abortion;multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that frequent abortion(OR=1.492,95%CI:1.098-2.027)was the risk factor of missed abortion.Conclusion: fertile woman do contraceptive measures well,in order to reduce abortion.
